OUR STORY

What started out as homesteading, unlocked a whole world of possibilities. When Aiden approached me with a business plan to start a farmstand, the idea only grew from there. 

 

In 2021, we launched Next Generation Farmstead. We are a small, family owned business of 3-generations working together to bring you humanely raised proteins. We provide locals with a variety of pasture raised, organically fed poultry, pork & eggs. Our goal is to bring people closer to their food & their farmers.

Our farmstead is located on 5-acres in Custer, Washington. We focus on rotational grazing and other regenerative practices. Stewarding our land responsibly is key to healthy land and healthy animals. All of our livestock enjoy sun, shade, fresh grass and are hand raised by each one of us. We are dedicated to providing our animals with compassion and no bad days up to their final day. Bringing you ethically and naturally raised meats from our farm to your freezer.

Though we are not a closed loop farm, many of our animals are raised locally from trusted farms who's values align with ours. A large number of our poultry is hatched right here on the farm as well. Our feed and processing services are sourced within 50 miles or less of our farm. We strive to maintain and strengthen farmer-to-farmer relationships throughout our community.
